I love the idea of starting the day with warm fuzzies. I wonder if you could take an idea from Brené Brown&#8217;s book, Dare to Lead, and turn it into an activity. In the book, she talks about the concept of the Marble Jar as an analogy for earning trust. Stephen also talks about this in the Clear is Kind episode on Culture goodr. </p>
