2023 Update
This is one of the most powerful PD experiences I’ve ever been a part of!
Cohort 21 Season 11 Participant
We are back to in person PD with Season 11 of Cohort 21. With 40 participants from over 35 schools taking part, alongside a strong and support cadre of Coaches and Facilitators, we are all excited to see the smiles, hear the collaboration of design thinking, and feel all the feels again!
Our first two F2F sessions, at The York School and Havergal College respectively, got us all remembering the power of community and culture building to set the foundation for relational trust to do this challenging work. At Havergal, we began the Design Thinking process, and developing our How Might We question.
For our Third F2F, we are being hosted by University of Toronto Schools, at their newly renovated Bloor Street Campus. It is here where we will, again, leverage the power of the relational trust, to push us deeper into considering our How Might We question, and to develop some concrete steps we can take.
We are looking forward to a great day, on a great campus! See you all soon!
