As a 4th grade teacher, I believe that all students are capable of success when held to high expectations in a supportive and respectful environment. I set clear standards for behaviour and academic effort while remaining approachable, compassionate, and responsive to each student’s needs. I strive to create a structured classroom where students feel safe to take responsible risks, ask questions, and grow both academically and personally. By balancing consistency with kindness, I aim to build trust, foster responsibility, and help every child reach their full potential.
