I have been teaching for 15 years, all within the private sector. Currently I am the Middle School Math and Science Teacher at Trafalgar Castle School.  I am a mother of 2 adventurous boys, and have been married for 13 years to my amazing husband. Prior to teaching I was a Museum Curator in Antigua, W.I., thus teaching in a Castle built in 1859 encompasses both my passions and is a dream come true!

My Teaching Philosophy:

Understanding not memorizing
Apply learning to real life situations
Emphasis on student independence, student respect, forming their own opinions, and taking initiative
Student centred – moving away from traditional  teacher talk, student listen
Learning to reach all students in a variety of methods
