I have been teaching at The York School since 2008 in grades 5, 6, 2 and for the last few years grade 4. I completed my undergraduate degree in History and English at Sir Wilfrid Laurier University and my Teaching Certification at D’Youville College.

I have coached Track and Field at The York School for the past 8 years and I am also involved with the Student Action Team and Showcase committee. In my free time, I enjoy biking, surfing, baking and exploring the outdoors with my husband and two children.

As a teacher I hope to inspire my students to be life long learners who are curious, creative and resourceful. Experiential Education is key, learning happens everyday.
