I’m a high school teacher who has taught a wide variety of math and science courses from grade 7 all the way to the college level. I have a passion for experiential education and have taught in Canada, Micronesia, Italy, and while sailing around the world on a Norwegian tall ship.

I believe that teaching needs to begin with the building of strong relationships. For students to reach their potential, they first need to feel safe and happy in the classroom.  Only then will they be able to take the risks that are necessary for learning.
