I believe that all children are unique and can be successful and achieve their goals if given the proper support and environment.  I think it is vital to ensure that students are actively engaged and differentiated instruction is used to meet the requirements of all learners.  By providing a welcoming and positive atmosphere will allow students to learn from one another and feel safe and comfortable to share their thoughts and ideas.  By exploring concepts that relate to the real world and interests of the students will encourage curiosity and passion for life long learning. Also, I believe that by fostering the principles of a growth mindset will support all learners with the confidence to achieve anything.
