I love to learn. I am passionate about Geography and enjoy experimenting with different technology in my classroom. My goal is to share what I love about my subject and engage students with real world issues.

I am relatively new to Ontario having moved from Vancouver two years ago. I am currently teaching Grade 11/12 World Issues (and AP), Grade 10 Careers / Civics and Grade 7 Geography. Since starting at UTS, I have been the staff supervisor for SOMA, a Model UN conference organized and run by our students at University of Toronto. In BC, I taught BC and IB Geography at an independent school in Victoria. As a result of this experience, I became an IB Diploma Examiner. Before moving to Canada from England four and a half years ago, I was a Teacher, then Head of Geography at a successful public school for 8 years.
