My approach in the classroom always revolves around creating an inviting and free flowing space. Creating an inquiry based learning environment, where all contributions are welcomed and valued, helps make mathematics approachable, and dare I say it, fun. Student centered activities, and lots of communication activities, help me to foster enthusiasm for learning. (And I’m always playing music in the background to get a good groove going).
