My philosophy revolves around finding the right mix of exploring, thinking, designing and explicit teaching. I want students to get excited about learning new things whether they discover it for themselves or whether they are taught. I encourage students to teach each other and to share their knowledge and skills. Right now, I am excited about exploring innovation and creativity and how to bring that to the classroom in a variety of ways.
