My teaching philosophy:

I aim to create a safe learning environment that embraces diversity and acknowledges different learning styles through differentiated instruction.  All students can learn when they are in a safe and positive environment where they feel accepted and confident.  My focus is on the process more than the product.  In my Phys-Ed class, I like to teach skills through games and put an emphasis on developing sportsmanship, work ethic, teamwork and resiliency.  As I teach JK-Grade 4, it is also important that they have fun.
