HOW MIGHT WE QUESTION

Through the second face to face meeting, I was able to change my perspective on the question I was pondering. By listening to my peers talk about their question I was able to reflect on the root of my problem.

It was helpful to also get strategies and tips on how to model failure more often within a subject that is viewed as product-based. I want to teach the students to focus more on the process rather than the product and provide them with the tools they need in order to be independent.

Questions: I would love to hear from any other teacher about the systems they implement in their classrooms in order to build confident learners.

  1. Hi Jennifer! I actually read your latest post prior to this but I love to see where you are headed with this!
    In science I am constantly focusing on the process over the product and have utilized a lot of tools to keep track of them. If you want I am happy to share things like process journals and living documents I have used to highlight these things. I’m excited to meet and talk it over!
