Dear Season 14 Participants, Coaches, and Facilitators,
Thank you for making our first face-to-face session such a memorable one. Not only did the weather cooperate, but the energy in the room(s) was palpable. It was truly inspiring and rejuvenating to be surrounded by educators who care deeply about students, their schools, and their own growth. Whether you are embarking on a leadership journey or digging into a problem of practice through design, Saturday reminded us all of the power of community and purpose-driven professional learning.
As always, we like to send a quick recap of the day, along with some helpful links for the next phase of our journey together.

A Final Thought
Back in 2012, Cohort 21 lived on Twitter, and that was where our network thrived. But as times have changed, so too has our digital footprint. While we still share on Instagram, we’ve found that LinkedIn has now become the most meaningful platform for K-12 educators to build professional presence, connect with peers, and share their growth.
We invite you to post a short reflection about your experience on Saturday, whether you’re in the Design or Leadership Lab. Share a takeaway, link to your own blog or someone else’s that resonated with you, or tag a colleague who might want to join Cohort 21 in the future. It’s a great way to share your learning, grow your network, and help others discover the power of Cohort 21.
Here is a great example – Thanks, Gareth!!!
We are so grateful to be learning alongside each of you this year. Mark your calendars, we’ll see you again on Friday, November 29th at Havergal College.
Warmly,
Justin & Garth
Cohort 21 Team
