<p>I recently listened to Shane Parrish&#8217;s interview with Angela Duckworth on the podcast &#8220;The Knowledge Project&#8221;. She talked about needing to change the noun concerning &#8220;passion&#8221; from &#8216;follow&#8217; to &#8216;develop&#8217;. That change really resonated with me and is what I want to help foster in S&#8217;s.</p>
