You say that nothing that you did was “absolutely groundbreaking”, but I don’t think that any of our action plans necessarily had the intention of breaking new ground. The value is in the experience of reflecting on challenges, trying new things, making subtle changes, reflecting…Read more

@ddunlap I look forward to hearing all about how your Action Plan has progressed and what you have learned so far. Like many Action Plans before yours this will likely be ‘the end of the beginning” 🙂

We are all playing in this space so it is a great opportunity to survey the room and take that back to your school.

this is a great post! I think Leslie’s advice is so solid: don’t limit yourself or your plan. Explore a number of ideas with the general purpose of taking risks and trying something new. One thing I really connected with that you wrote about is meeting your students where they are at. I wonder if you have had a chance to gather feedback…Read more

I love how you were adaptable and worked with what you had, which allowed some elements of your action plan to fall into place. Now that you’ve experienced some success with the use of the exercise balls in your classroom, do you think that your administration might approve additional changes? One thing that I absolutely love at my…Read more
