<p>Right now our framework for providing feedback is with a google doc. Not sure if that is the most effective way. I think i will try and find a way that works best at LCS for feedback that is easy, quick and relevant. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I think that connecting UCC with Dr. Wells would be a good fit. He is a Crescent grad and has a good understanding of the independent school landscape. He not only emphasizes physical fitness, but a well balanced approach to fitness in general. I know that a lot of what we are learning this year could be applied to the challenges at UCC!</p>
