I love:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Getting my new notebooks, calendars, markers, etc. all organized<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Catching up with colleagues and students after the summer break<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Meeting and getting to know new members of our school community<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Setting up long-term plans for my classes (I always love a good plan!)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Believing that this year I will exercise and eat healthily enough<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Everything seems possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cohort21.com\/larajensen\/files\/2018\/11\/IMG_9944.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-422 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/cohort21.com\/larajensen\/files\/2018\/11\/IMG_9944-1024x673.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"394\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cohort21.com\/larajensen\/files\/2018\/11\/IMG_9944-1024x673.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cohort21.com\/larajensen\/files\/2018\/11\/IMG_9944-300x197.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cohort21.com\/larajensen\/files\/2018\/11\/IMG_9944-768x505.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cohort21.com\/larajensen\/files\/2018\/11\/IMG_9944-940x618.jpg 940w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Upon my return to school though, we discovered that there was a leak in the roof over my office and we had to move out while everything got re-plastered. It\u2019s not that I don\u2019t have goals, it\u2019s just that I don\u2019t always have my goals clarified on a specific day at a given time. There are SO MANY things that I would like to work on this year &#8211; some big &#8211; some small, some within my job description &#8211; many outside of it, some important to students and the institution &#8211; others important only to me.
