Through cycles of questioning, testing, and iteration, educators move beyond quick fixes toward solutions that are deeply contextual, purposeful, and sustainable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">What makes this work unique is its transparency. In Cohort 21, we don\u2019t just share final products,\u00a0 we share the process. Each blog post is a window into the messy middle of professional learning: the doubts, the discoveries, the pivots, and the insights along the way.
