{"id":48,"date":"2019-01-11T20:15:46","date_gmt":"2019-01-11T20:15:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cohort21.com\/cameroneby\/?p=48"},"modified":"2019-01-11T20:15:46","modified_gmt":"2019-01-11T20:15:46","slug":"living-the-dream","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cohort21.com\/cameroneby\/2019\/01\/11\/living-the-dream\/","title":{"rendered":"Living the Dream"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello Cohort 21 Team (first time blogger here),<\/p>\n<p>As many Cohorters have been navigating their inspiration and direction through the protocols, I came into this focused and fired up to get started on my idea.\u00a0 \u00a0I&#8217;ve jumped right into my project;\u00a0<em>I&#8217;m living the<\/em> program <em>dream<\/em>.\u00a0 My heart rate program has come after a year of waiting for funding and equipment and this C21 experience is helping me deliver it in the best way possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#8220;How might we increase effort and engagement using heart rate data driven analysis&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year I&#8217;ve implemented a heart rate (HR) monitor program in my grade 9 PHE classes.\u00a0 The students receive an email displaying their participation\/effort as it pertains to their HR after each class.
