{"id":548,"date":"2014-03-31T00:56:18","date_gmt":"2014-03-31T00:56:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cohort21.com\/?page_id=548"},"modified":"2020-06-16T07:46:32","modified_gmt":"2020-06-16T11:46:32","slug":"action-plans","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cohort21.com\/action-plans\/","title":{"rendered":"Action Plans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>&#8220;What is the Cohort 21 Action Plan?&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Cohort 21 Action Plan is the term given to help formulate, focus and facilitate\u00a0each member&#8217;s exploratio<wbr \/>n of teaching and learning in the 21st Century.\u00a0The topic of the Cohort 21 Action Plan is devised by the member and has direct connection<wbr \/>s their own professional interest and to the mission statement of their member school.<\/p>\n<p>To collaborat<wbr \/>e, contribute and critically think about their topic, throughout the year, the members will use:<\/p>\n<div>1) <a href=\"https:\/\/cohort21.com\/posts-from-around-the-cohort-21-network\/\">The Cohort 21 blogging community<\/a><\/div>\n<div>2)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/cohort21\">Twitter\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>At our final face to face session, each member presents their Action Plan in a manner they select, and to other interested members that they have collaborated with throughout the year. It is a format that is focused on the learning in an informal, and supportive structure.
